Figured out the items I can live without now tthat a chunk has sold:
jbj ato with mj900- $60 about a year old each
Mp40es w- $360 less than 6 months old
Bulk reef supply dual media reactor with mj1200- $50 around 6 months of use

Closest I come to ithaca is pyramid mall when my wife has to go shopping otherwise I would consider shipping at cost. Shouldn't be much though.
