None of these pics are award worthy, but represent some really cool frags I picked up in November. PIcs were taken with nikon d50. The lens (don't flame me) is a Nikon 55-200mm zoom. The lens it came with crapped out on me over the summer so I went with the action lens for our frequent visits to the shore. I'm going to pick up a wide angle lens in a couple of months...should be better for tank shots, no?
These are cool palys I bought at That Fish PLace, Lancaster PA for $6.99. They were closed, but a woman next to me at the store was picking up a plug from the same tank and said she knew they were green with neon green mouths. I was pretty excited when I got them home and found them to be the red/purple color they are. They are pretty slow growers. There were like 7 polyps when I bought it and I now have 10, well 3 polyps starting to form. Maybe they will take off now.
I got this Yuma? from reefandtails. It's multi purple color. Really nice and looks to be splitting.
This last one is the worst pic, but you can see how blue the paly's are. Like a powder or sky blue. I honestly don't remember the name of the guy I got them from, but it was at the NCPARS frag swap in Reading, PA. I wish I could tell ya, becasue these are really cool and grow super fast. There were about 10 polyps first week of November and now I have close to 40.
