Well it's been about a month and half or two since switching away from IO to Oceanic, and so far I've seen better growth and color. I still have a lot of lingering algea, but it seems to be dieing off slowly. So far I've been fairly please...but how knows if it's the new salt or just because of some increased attention to the tank...

And here are some frags that I rescued from a friends tank when it crashed. They were in pretty bad shape last month, but have bounced back with amazing speed in about a month.

These are some lords that were unreconizable as anything..

Some diplos that were almost white and are finally coloring up, they are from the same coloney as the frag in the above pic. And a frag of I think they are orange crush acan. ench. that he got from Rob at the WMC...they were so bad that he told me not to bother with them...I'm most amazed at these..

And a ATL watermelon...this piece was actually in pretty good condition...I'm hoping it grows fast..

It's like a trachy brain, but its a caribbean coral. You can sometimes get them from aquacultured rock.
How old is your tank?

I started it in Feb of 03., and stated with the SPS with a few montis almost two years ago, and went pretty heavy in SPS over the last year.
