Some of my new interests (non photosynths)

Got a 'colony' of sea squirts a few months ago (Polycarpa aurata and a hitchiker pink squirt) and have been having fun with these guys. They shed nearly weekly, so they seem to be doing well. I['ve been just feeding the stuff that floats tot he top from my PE mysis thawing (cloud it around them once or twice a day).

Also have been enojoying the large polyped NPS (Dendro's, Tubastrea, and what I think are Balanophyllia-not solitary, but not regularly shaped like the Dendro's).

Gosh, you're the only one who would keep odd things like a Eunicid worm :eek2:

I used to have a pretty clear pink tunicate. It was a hitch hiker on a live rock.

That Eunicid worm looks creepy, but all the nps look better each time I see them!

I'm an oddity, what can I say. Jenn just looked at me with disgust when I said I was keeping it when it was brought to me in a 5 gallon bucket.

I'm enjoying the NPS and the squirts. large polyped NPS are pretty easy, if you have the time to feed. I feed more than is needed, but I'm enjoying the growth. The squirts seem to be doing well, too, so I'm hoping that'll continue to be the case.

The eunicid is just a little guy. Maybe 2' long (maybe a little longer).
