Thanks all, frag tank is coming along also...should have lights within a week and should be plumbed by next week. just working out the details.

Once the tank has finished curing, have you considered taking it outside to do a water test, to see if the walls bow out or not? If you do, get a sheet of the rigid foam ($10 at Home Depot) to put under it to keep the surface evenly supported and smooth.

Water tested last night.....everything is good. There is a 1/16 -1/8" bow at the very middle when the tank is full. That is over a 4' span. I think it will be fine, that is not even as thick as the glass...1/4". I was thinking about putting a 3" brace on the top from front to back to eliminate the tiny bow but I love the open top, so I'm prob gonna trash that idea. Thanks for the concerns though.
