Something is wrong with my 6000

When it's running low speed, it's very noise. This happen after I cleaned the pump a week ago. I took it out and cleaned it again today and it's still make a lot of sound when running low speed. I have an audio file so you can listen to. I don't know how to post on here. If you can give me your email, I will send it to you.
Thanks

Try prying out the bush bearing (collar around the hole), rotate it 180 degrees and reinsert it. Before you cleaned it, the noise didn't exist?

Are you sure it is completely clean? The upper bearing is clean and the brake shoe area is clean (shaft removed and brakes cleaned) and the hole in the magnet is cleaned? The oring at the bottom of the upper bearing and the one under the shaft are still in place and in tact? Short of some part being scratched I can think of no reason for the pump to have become noisier. If the drive unit has debris in the brake shoe area or the oring is missing under the shaft, at low speed the brakes would drag. If the hole in the center of the magnet is plugged the pump tends to hold air for a long time and be poorly lubricated. If the upper bearing is dragging or the oring under it is missing that would also make a noise issue. The pumps do tend to be noisier on low speed but if the noise has gotten worse it has to be one of the above possibilities.

I don't think the audio file would really help me much that is the reason I have not requested it. Without seeing the pump first hand I cannot really do more than try to point out all the possible causes.

I clean as much as I could. I have two for over a year now. I always clean them the same way. The other one doesn't make as much noise as this one. I can try to clean it again or ship the pump to you so you can check it out for me.
