Something odd in my tank.

Hey this image was taken today of something that resembles a zoo or button polyp but is coming out of a clam shell. This was not there yesterday so this has moved here. I did get some new zoos over the weekend and did do a FW dip w/ lugol's. Is this bad?

Is the clam still there? It looks like it could be as you describe or might be some type of anemone...NOT majano.

Looks like Yellow Button Polyp.

Yes the clam is still there and it looks like the polyp is coming out of it. But I didn't see the polyp or the clam there yesterday.

It is a Parazoanthus gracilis polyp, commonly called yellow colony polyps.
