Something wrong with my Oscellaris?

I have this Clown....He seems to have, what looks to be a blister on the top lip of it. I have attached a video and a pic. This fish has had this for over a year now. There is one place on his top lip and one very small one just ahead of his dorsal fin. He (she) gets around like nothing is wrong and eats with the best of them...... Anyone have any ideas?

OK, that picture was a bit fuzzy. Here are a couple more. ( I didn't put a video in because I don't have sense enough to know how to do it). On another note: none of my other fish have this, and since it's been on the clown for over a year it's not spread to the others. water param's are all very good. Salinity at 1.026, Mg hovering around 1390, Ca around 455, Temp runs 80 to 82, Po4 close to zero. Here are the other pics, and if anyone wants to chime in on how to post a video, I'm all ears....

If he's had this a year, it would rule out any guess I'd have. As long as he's doing well and it isn't contagious, I sure would just leave him alone. There are all sorts of little deformities that we never really can identify.
