Somone ordered a Pizza Nem? (Advices Please. PICS INCL)

I know a reefer and his green one started in the sand next to the live rock and climbed up the rocks and now is near the top of his reef. He has a 240 gallon tank with metal halides and VHO actinics. They are neat.

Well... got my nem, and I think it was DOA. What do you think?

it's still in the tank, and it made my tank water milky and cloudy. should I pull it out or you think there is hope. please advice.

Placed in the tank. not sure it was a good idea.

Too bad you don't have a Quarantine tank. I had a zebra carpet die in my 120 and my corals wouldn't open for a week. My toadstool leather was a black ball. I was about to get rid of it and then it opened up like nothing happened.

Dang, sorry that you are batting zero. There are many fish stores in California so I think you could get great anemomes. Reef Hot spot is on this forum.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. after couple of hours in the tank, the anemone began to decay with really bad smell. I quickly pulled it out. I should have not put it in the tank. It polluted the tank water really bad, so late last-night and this morning I did a total of 25 gallons of water change, but I don't think it's enough. the water still cloudy.

to help with the extra nutrients in the water, I added 2 Biodigest and 2 Biotrim. I do have MB7 too, should I add that too?

Thanks

Definitely run activated carbon and change it every few days until things are back to normal. Too bad they sent you a sick anemone.
