I knew this would happen, just knew It.
Last week I found out the my apartment complex was sold. (Heck no one here even knew it was up for sale.) Just get a letter in the mail stating that Frey Properties no longer owns the complex, that So and So does. So like everyone here, we call the new owner to see what is going on, and how this effects us. What changes he is going to make and so on. Me, I'm wondering about my tanks, especially the 180 I plan on setting up, as soon as the money gets in hand.
The new owner informs me that any and all agreement made by the previous owner are still intact. He is not going to change anything. The only change be made is where to send our checks on the 1st of the month.
Well today the new owner came around to see what he got, and wanted to check out all the apartments. Just about droped a load in his pants when he saw my 180. He could not believe the previous owner was going to allow me to set that up. I told him not only was he allowing me, he was helping me. I showed him where the old owner rewired the apt. and put all new outlets on the one wall for me.
The new owner informed me that a six foot tank is way to big. He said he didn't understand the gallon crap, but a six foot tank is a no go!! He see's the four foot tanks in the apt set up and running, and proceeds to tell me the four foot tanks are ok. He can see that they don't hurt anything, and if I want to set up tanks, they can not be any bigger than FOUR feet.
So I guess I will have to sell or trade my 180 SIX foot tank for a
FOUR foot tank    (Wink)
It is just the tank and stand, I did get a 50 gal breeder drilled for the sump. I would like 500.00. or a FOUR foot tank.
