The wall directly behind the tank is a light blue to it looks nice. The only problem is the ugly wires and stuff. Ill try out the background. If I don't like it ill just have to figure out a way to hide the Tunze cords.

Well, it looks better in person. Plus the tank is fairly new and my skimmer just came back on after almost two months. I'm confident that this tank will look better than my old one in time.

I agree, lights are way to over rated for the colors. Once the stability is back , your colors will be great again.

It is off to a great start though.

What is attached to your magfloat? I'd like one of those since the magnet itself doesn't do a GREAT job...

He is big, 7 or 8 inches. Sadly, he will have to go to a larger tank soon. Maybe I can donate him to a public aquarium. I could drive out to Chicago and give him to the Shedd Aquarium.

THanks. The attachment is for one of those razor scrapers. You screw in a razor blade with a plastic screw and nut.
