Sony NEX-3 18-55mm lens

I am interested in getting this camera. Does any one have one? Has anyone read any good reviews? Any comments or opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

I have the NEX-5. I really like it, alot But I'm not a photographer, at all.... Just pretty much auto, point and shoot mode. I can't even figure out the white balance. I will say though, that in normal life pictures... IT ROCKS!!!!!!
