Would like construction advice for sound proofing and venting a closet equipment room (sump, fuge, skimmer, return)
Materials, approaches , what am I missing etc! This is my first real build. The thread starts next month
Here is where the tank will go:

The closet will be closed in on the tank wall and a new opening cut on the side. The mechanicals will be in the closet.
The stand if you will, is going to be a permanent build in, covered with drywall/baseboard and likely not house any equipment.
This is the space where the tank will go.
