Southdown sand ?

if you go to reefs.org there is a thread "all you ever wanted to know about southdown" its pretty interesting

In my opinion think twice before you use this stuff. I've had southdown in my tank for approx 3yrs. now ,if I don't stick my hand in it and slowly turn it once in a while it clumps up. Whenever a powerhead or something falls of by accident it really stirs everything around producing a great cloud of debris which end up covering everything. I cant have any heavy flow towards the bottom because the sand moves from that area into or onto something. If you have something to trade such as inverts , I'll be more than willing to take 50lbs or more live sand out for you .Let me know .Thanks

I wanted to use it for my refugium. I am in the process of setting up a new system. 150 display,100 sump,100 frag tank/ refugium. I have 3 bags already, but need 5-6 more!

Thanks to those that replied, I filled my refugium tonight with 2 bags southdown,4 bage oolitic and 4 bags course aragonite.
