Space invaders pectinia help!!

I have a decent sized space invader pectinia that has recently started to recede from the base up. I have had the piece for about 4 months with no problems until now. It's losing tissue pretty fast and I am worried I will lose it. All levels are good and it's placed in a low flow low light area of the tank. Any ideas? Thanks

May want to frag it. If parameters are good and lighting and flow hasn't changed then perhaps a pest or contaminant is the cause. Any other corals looking bad?

If the one in your avatar is the pectinia in question I would get it in moderate to low flow and drop it down to lower levels. The "spines" "fingers" in that pic seem to indicate moderate flow and they need to be light acclimated slowly in most cases. They have very thin tissues. Email the seller and ask for flow and light specs, then match them before you dip. Just make sure he grew the frag.
