spare part for osmolator

I need to order the support brackets (3155.250) for the osmolator. I was about to order it from the tunze website, but the order form seemed a little unusual and i wasn't sure that it was for the consumer public, so i backed out. I figured i'd ask you for advice on how to procure these spare parts.
any help you can give me would be great! thanks as always ...

You can order them on tunze.com, just be sure you are in the United States spare parts section under technical aid. The orders come directly to me. Alternatively you could call me and order them 512-833-7546 we take Visa and Mastercard.
