I contacted Roger yesterday regarding to my 6200 making noise without asking any question or acquired any info on the pump. Roger take down my address and send me the replacement kits. Such a wonderful customer service. I am very happy with the pump as well as customer service. Most of us complaining about the cost but i think it worthes every penny if you purchase tunze
