That looks like bandensis to me, and is most likely to be as that is the species most commonly imported. Doesn't look like yolk to me as that is usually white in color - that looks like a bit of the eggs stuck on. Yolk usually looks like the fifth pic down on this page (just not still in the egg): http://www.stickycricket.com/cuttle/hatchlings/eggshow/indexshow.html
And is usually a sign of some sort of stress and an early hatching.
