One of the foods I feed is spirulina pellets. I used to get them from Melsfish.com but it seems as if they are no longer in business. Anyone have a good/premium spirulina pellet food to recommend? (I know SDguy used to buy from these folks too)

Google HBH Spirulina pellets. Looks like a few places still sell 'em.

Edit: Hmm, tough to find in stock. And the canned packaged versions is not what I normally bought.

Yes, I started with Google. I bought a fair amount when we first were discussing it and kept it in the freezer. Just now am on the last of it hence the question. If you find any . . .

I got the semi-soft spir pellets from yourfishstuff.com...just checked their site and they have pellets but I could not find the same as I have now...but check itout...

I feed Ocean Nutrition Formula 2 pellets and am about to start feeding Hikari Seaweed pellets (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+25781&pcatid=25781).

Other choices:

* Instant Ocean herbivore (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+21393&pcatid=21393);

* OSI spirulina wafers (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+4313&pcatid=4313) and pellets (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+4308&pcatid=4308); (I feed their spirulina flake food)

* Cobalt Spirulina pellets (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+24003&pcatid=24003).

Too bad Julian Sprung's Sea Veggies don't come in pellets.

NP. Good idea about the freezer... I ordered 10 lbs :)

I have a dedicated freezer in the garage. Fish food (various frozen, pellet) and Chinese food (my wife and I love it). So when I order, I order a quantity which minimizes shipping costs.

Has anyone tried the ReefMunchies food, they have two different kinds for marine applications. Looks to be high quality and packed with vitamins and omega 3.

Where do you get it?

That's a good question. After searching "premium marine fish food" in google, it was on the 2nd page under ReefMunchies.com but I was unable to see the pricing or figure out where or how to buy it. ( I was on my iPhone so maybe it was showing me a mobile version of the website?)
