Split BTA

My wife has a small tank (20 Gal) with two maroons and a BTA, It split today, How long can they stay close to each other (the split BTA's). Should I move one to my 85 Gal that also has a large BTA?

They will move if they don't want to be close to each other.

Clones are the same genetic material, and they are recognized as "self" so there is no problem.

I have 6 clones in a 40b (anemone prop system) and they all do fine together.

How do you propogate them?
