Yikes!
Looks like ich?
If it were me I'd lower the salinity to 1.010 immediately and keep it there for six weeks.
Others may suggest using copper.
Good luck.

it's actually not ich. Not raised. It is stress spots on the tang. Have increased water flow and provided more hiding spots. Hopefully, that will work.

Agreed, not ich, but stress coloration.

Test your water and make sure all params are good and stable. Keep water quality pristine and give him time to acclimate.

Why does the water in your QT have such a green color to it?

You could try some NORI soaked in Omega-3 fish oil, but it is hard to get all the excess oil out of the water.
Do you have a skimmer on the QT?

I agree with the stress spots. Is there medication in the water turning it that green? If it's only stressed I would make sure it has lots of good hiding spots, feed nori soaked in garlic and only come near the tank when feeding. I would also get it into a tank with lots of rock asap and some algae to feed on.

Thanks guys. Added more flow and hiding spots. The green water is a result of
