I think this is some sort of sponge, white ball shaped, growing in rows. i have 4 rows growing now on the same rock.

No mystery about this one - the snail in your picture is laying eggs. Someone else can tell you what the snail is.

the snail pictured is a queen conch. i actually witnessed the conchs maiting in the tank about a month back. ty for the help

That's not a queen conch. That's a crown conch, which isn't actually a conch at all. It's a predatory whelk.

Yep, they feed on other inverts including snails and bivalves.
