Can anyone tell me what these are?
I have them all over my system.

They are a type of sponge, most commonly refereed to as Pineapple sponges, which is a very general term that could be several species. They are harmless filter feeders for the most part, usually find them in areas of high flow, very common in filtration systems.
 
Due to pineapple sponges building up in filtration areas, keep an eye out for them clogging up pipes and inlets. Once you get a few, they usually reproduce like mad!
