Spot ID?

I have a blue tang in QT right now for observation post TT. I know for sure he had ICH prior to the TT but that is all I have observed on him previously.

This is day 4 of obvservation and I noticed these markings on his lower left side. They resemble the normal spots on his face, they appear to be shiny spots for lack of a better description. From straight on at the side they simply appear like large spots but as he turns away they shine in the light.

Any know what this is or am I being paranoid?

Looks like some minor HLLE diesease. It's fatal on rare occasions and makes your fish ugly. It can happen if the diet is not have vitamin A and C or stress but many say it's because of carbon dust. It will make your fish very ugly.

This is what happens if left untreated, but don't worry it's rarely fatal
