Spot in brain coral

Hello guys,

Bought a very decent sized green brain coal two days ago and while looking at it yesterday I discovered what seemed to be a hole with something in it.
I stopped it on revive for a child 10 to 15 mins at arrival.

What can this be?

Oh, forgot to say that revive did make a big worm fell off the coral.

Have you ever seen anything come out of the hole? If so can you define it a little? At first glance it looks kind of like the Bristle Comb Worm outlined in the link below. (Polychaete-Flabelligeridae)

Whatever it is hasn't come out but it does seem to move. As I said I dipped the coral in revive so I'd expect any creatures coming with it to drop out.
