Hello all, I copied the sticky so hopefully it will help answer questions. The fish has 2 spots. One on each side and not raised. Doesn't look like ich to me. Eating no food yet constantly picking at the rocks and pooping. Thanks

1. How old is this aquarium? 1 year

2. If less than six months old, what is ammonia level? 0

3. What is SG of this aquarium? How measured? 1,025

4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium? 1 week ago

5. Was it quarantined? If so, how? And how long? Was it prophylactically treated? How? Treated w prazi, no quarantine

6. If you are using a copper based medication, which one? How often do you measure level? When? None

7. If you are using hyposalinity, how did you calibrate your refractometer? None

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color? Yellow/whitish spot. Fish is swimming and acting normal.

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish? Picking at algae

10. Is the fish eating? What? Algae

The fish is acting fine. Swimming around picking at rocks. He is not breathing heavy, rubbing against rocks or acting odd. I noticed them yesterday. The bumps (2) don't seem to be raised. They are more of a tan in color.

I have tried to diagnose what it might be, however, it doesn't seem to fit into any of the categories described in the stickies.

Thanks for the help!

No diagnosis stands out to me. Watch to see if the spot(s) expand or if fish behavior changes. Flashing, reclusiveness, light sensitivity, hovering near water returns would all be suspicious behaviors.

Copy that and thanks for the response. I'll update with new developments.
