spot on my fish

i have had my two clowns for about a month. a small one and a bigger one, the fish store guys told me that they would be dominant and submissive to determine their sexes. so i see the larger one some times charge the smaller one, i figured this is normal and fine. i am new so i only know what i read and from feedback from others. this morning i noticed a spot on the little one, not black not white, just a light brown spot. it feeds just fine and swims around and has its nice color still. i dont think it is sick, but i wouldn't know. is it sick or is this a spot where the bigger one is attacking it. if so, will the big one stop attacking it soon, or will it attack it forever, will it attack this little fish to death? or will it stop once the dominancy submissive roles are established? thanks for the feedback.

I'm not sure about the spot, I'll let someone else answer that. If you have a picture, I'm sure it would be easier for someone to identify if it is something.

About the charging, this is seen as normal usually, and will hopefully end in the larger one becoming the dominant female, and the smaller becoming the male. One thing I have noticed while pairing up my tomato clowns was that the clown appearing to be the less dominant one would shake, almost as if it were vibrating for just a moment when the other began to charge it. This from what i've read being a good sign, meaning it wants to be in submission and become the male of the two.

yes, the shaking/vibrating was explained to me a couple of days ago. thank you. but my main concern is the spot, if it is caused by the other fish or if it this "ich" that other people talk about. i havn't been able to see any pictures of ich to compare. i will try and get a photo, i doubt i will be successful seeing i have a generic digital camera. thanks again, any and all appreciated.

ick is white, smaller than a pin head. you'd see it on fins as well as the body. fungas is usually white as well. Im not sure what brown could be either
