Spots on brain

Sorry about the poor picture quality but my open brain has developed tiny spots on the red/pink rim. They look like small dots of darker color. Anything to be worried about?

What color are the dots?

Seem to be red - look like a few shades darker than the rim.

Flatworms perhaps?

I've had this coral for about 6 months. When I got it, it was a much deeper red (not the pink it is today). Maybe some bleaching?

One more thing...they don't seem to move and are not raised at all.

If the colors are a little "washed out" so to say, it might be bleaching. Give it a little shade for awhile and see what happens.

I don't know what the small dark spots are though.. GL.
