Spots on Clownfish. Help!

First let me say I don't believe this is ich or damage from another fish. The only other fish is a Goby. The spots look like pink horns and only appear on the white stripe on the head and the other white strip on the right side. The little pink horns have some thickness to them like a protruding bone. They do not sway with the current and are firmly attached.

Please help me identify from my pics and Video. Much thanks

Definitely not ich; doesn't look like Brooklynella either. Could possibly be Lympho - in which case it usually goes away on its own if you keep him well fed and the water clean.
Has his behavior changed?
Is he darting around erratically or flashing? Is he rubbing up against or scratching anything?

The "horns are receding". The marks have almost disappeared. They are not acting differently. I think all is well. Thank you.
