Spots on Sailfin

I came home from work today and my sailfin looked like this.

I did lose new kole tang last week, but he did not look like this at all.

I've had him almost 4 years. No clue what he's got, he's eating well tho. So strange to just come home and he looks like this.

I don't know what your fish looked like healthy, or have a good frame of reference for its size, but all those white specks around his tail and throughout his fins, and up his body, is very similar to what the Ich looked like on my tang.

Thank you. I didn't even see the white spots until I zoomed in just now. I was so focused on the spots that appear black. Not sure if their actual spots or little holes over him.

Did you add any new fish or coral lately? From the pic it kinda does look like ich to me also.....

I did coral and a fish about a month ago maybe a bit longer. Oh snap, now to figure how to get everyone out and treated. I certainly don't have anything that'll hold all 10 or so fish. Ugh, what a nightmare. But at least I know what to treat for now.
