The Greater Akron Aquarium Society's spring auction is upon us. Sunday march 1st. Three days from now!!!!! I've been going for three auctions now, this will be my fourth. These things are a blast. You never know what is going to be there. Fish, plants, chemicals, hardware, tanks, stands and anything fish related. It is open to fresh and salt. There is a full service refreshment stand, 1.00 hot dogs, 50. pop, ect. it is reasonable and not going to leave you broke, that is for the guy that wants that piece of fifty cent algae and will pay 25.00 just to say he got it. Raffels with different stuff and 50/50 drawlings. So bring your old lights, skimmers, decorations, tanks , fraggs, fish, did I mention fraggs? Anything fish related and register it. Registration begins at 11:00am Auction starts at 12:00 noon until all is sold. There is a 70/30 split with the seller and GAAS. 70 seller 30 GAAS. Rember, this is a auction you might get what you were hoping for,you might get less, or you might just leave a little more happier knowing that you now have room for more stuff. Either way, I bet you have fun. It is being held at the Tallmadge community center, Tallmadge OH.

Take route 8 south (coming from cleve. area) to the tallmadge Ave. exit turn left heading east on tallmadge.(tutrns into West ave. at Brittan Rd.) When you get to the circle, go half way around it to East Ave., proceed to Community dr., wich is just pastt he shopping plaza on the left side. Turn left and the community center is the first building on the right. Hope to see you there.
