Spring water OK?

So I'm half way through a water change when my RO/DI reservoir runs dry... All I have (besides 600ppm tap water) are jugs of bottled spring water. Fear the spring water? Thanks.

Thanks Steve. But I'm about 45 minutes each way. I was thinkin' to fear the spring water (copper etc.) but wanted to bounce the idea here just to be sure. I'm sure the tank will be fine until the morning when I can tap the final 4 gallons of RO/DI but was hoping I'd get lucky.

With the water problems I have been having.......you do not want to be looking for the gremlin in your tank.

By-the-way... If I 'accidentally' spilled a few cups of spring water in my mix bucket before my spidey sense started tingling, should I dump the batch? I mean, how toxic could it be? What is the danger threshhold of copper etc.?

Just seems a waste to toss 2 gallons of RO/DI.

kevin go get some water at the raleys at the end of main street (west side). 5 gallons for .75 and the water machine is outside the front doors.

KMP: I would, but at 10pm the wife'n'I have begun to celebrate the end of the week. At two glasses of wine, I don't think the risk is worth the reward.
