SPS and PAR

I am currently testing the importance of PAR for growth and color:

As it is known, the Radion LED fixtures don't put out much par as compared to other ones:

But I am trusting Ecotech on this one! The par some of these frags will be exposed to will rarely reach anything above 200 umolms (especially the milli that's encrusting on one of the pics)

I guess this might shine a light on the true importance of PAR in SPS growth and coloration...
 
These are the par values that I've observed around successful corals in my tanks and the tanks of others I've measured.

SPS: as low as 150 can be sufficient for some montis. 300 - 500 is a moderate sweet spot for acros. 500-800 helps bring out deep grape purple in acros capable of that color.

LPS: 80 on the low end, 150-250 generally good. 300-400 on the high end.
