SPS and spectrum of light for coloring up

Has anyone noticed a general difference in spectrum of light and coloration of SPS? I currently run Hydra 26HDs and T5 supplements and run pretty close to a 14K light spectrum and find that while the coral grow well, the colors are not as vibrant as I have hoped.

I've run the gamut of red sea colors tests and none of the trace elements appear to be lacking. I do have random bouts of algae here and there on the back wall and overflows, but it never seems to be anywhere else so I must have some PO4 and NO3 that is consumed by said algae so it doesn't appear on the tests.

Someone suggested that if I push the spectrum closer to 20K (more blue) they will start to develop better color. Is that a viable option?

Attached a picture of my tank to show how things are colored now.
