Sps and STN?

Been in the hobbie for 25ish years. Last four years i cant shake STN. Acros are turning white from the bottom up. Great polyps extensions and good color. If i add crazy glue to the bottom of them they will live. But 4 to 6 mo. Later it happens again.I have a 220 gallon tank with a 75 gallon sump running. Three Mp40 pumps at 60% and a Fx150. With three Radion Pro gen. 3, Three kessils 360s and 4 T5s 80 watts. Reef Octopus 3000, Geo 618 Calcium reactor with ARMs media, ATO for Ro/Di with zero TDS. All on a Apex controller. Temp. 77.5 to 79F. Alk 7.9 to 8.1 cal. 420 mag. 320. Zero nitrate or phosphate. I think can be a problem. With no water changes for 2 mo. Skimmer turned off for two weeks i can not get and reading on them. I have used Salifert phosphate test and now Hanna phosphorus ULR ppb. Still read ZERO. Why? I have 12 fish 3 big tangs. Cleaner shrimp, Two 4 inch Maximus clams, torch, hammers, and acros. With lots of live rock. I have sent water to Trition for testing and it all good.
Why do i keep getting STN and where do all my Nitrates and phosphates go?

Is your mag really 320?

Alk swing is a major cause. Next I'd look at salinity and temp.

Sounds like you need to increase N and P easiest way is to increase feeding or increase bio load by adding more fish. How much are you currently feeding now? If you don't won't to increase your fish count look into adding amino acids or dosing Kno3 to raise N.

If you are getting an algae film build on the glass every 3-4 days you've got plenty of nutrients know matter what the tests say ! If you add more nutrients under this condition you will just develop an algae problem.
