SPS Flow

I know everyone says SPS need lots of flow. My question is why?

The simple answer they need it to get there food and get rid of their waste. It is much more complex than this and if you want to truly understand it and just how important it is then read the info in the link I attached. Take your time and go back through each section if you don't quite understand it at first. (You may understand it your first time reading through it but I know I didn't)I promise you eventually it will make perfect since.
