SPS Frag Tank

As mentioned on another post some issues with the SPS colonies i have, thus i am going to set up a Frag Tank to grow through our Winter here and hopefully have ready to go in a larger tank come summer (oct/nov/dec)

Looking on recommendations on

#Size (width/height etc)
#Water Movement
#Lighting

Will likely pump water from the current main sump and through, so down in to frag tank and out off frag tank back in to the sump.
