does it work?

i have a red monti digi and a green monti digi--

today while i had my hand in the tank, i broke a small branch of the red colony off. can i super glue a green digi tip onto the open skeleton part of the red digi and have a green/red digi? basically can i graft a piece of the green digi onto the open skeleton part of the red digi colony

will they live together?

will it work?

thanks, matt

Usually it has to be of the same gene set i.e. clones. But sometimes it does work. Just watch for tissue recession (besides the slight bit the superglue will give you). If they aren't getting along then break them back apart.

they are both Montipor Digiatat. they look exactly the same. except one is red and one is green.

the red colony is abuot 5 inches by 5 inches, and the green is about 4 x 4.

i am gonna go ahead a try it out. i think it will work. i have seen many red and green monti caps mixed.

i will kepp you all posted :D
