sps growth and lighting

excluding all other factors-- i know this is difficult, if a 20K and a 10K bulb had exactly the same par, which would give better sps growth. Let's hear your opinions

10K IME.

I have always used 20k XM's and I recently moved to 10K's and I am much more happy with both the color and growth .
