Picked up this piece at my LFS, thought it was very nice. Thinking maybe it is some type of monti? Any insight would be great, thank you!

I think it might be a chalice, those red dots are probably mouths used for feeding which month's don't have
It could also be some sort of Pavona although I'm not too sure on that
