SPS ID (possibly grown from larvae?) please.

After reading the below articles from Advanced Aquarist about growing SPS from larvae, I think I might have a small patch of SPS on one of my live rock that's possibly grown from larvae, too.

Some background info, I bought this live rock from a LFS about a month ago, it was placed in the sump for about 2 weeks (where there was minimal light / moderate water flow) before I move it back to the display tank, but according to the articles, that's the ideal condition for larvae to grow.

I didn't even notice it existed until one night I noticed some fluorescence grow on that LR under the blue light, it has about a dozen or so polyps on it and now it's about 1cm (half an inch) in diameter.

Can someone please ID it for me? Thanks!
