Sps id?

Please help to identify this SPS coral. The frag was bought long time ago and told it is Oregon Tort, Is it?
It looks OR tort for me and very blue. But someone here questioned if it is... The pictures was taken under 14K MH

Corallites look about right for an Oregon but the green makes me lean towards Cali. Top down picture of the whole colony?

Looks more like brown than green to me. Could be an Oregon but with a little less light than it wants. If you want some cali to compare to, come buy some from me

I got cali tort from you early of the year. It looks complete different than this one. You can see some green base on the cali tort. But no any green ish on this blue tort.
