lumatec ballast, you can get one with 250 or 400 watt switch Also boost or hqi. So a switch on ballast that allows you to run 250 or 400 on the same ballast. If you feel 400's are too much you can just change the bulb it is the same mogul socket. Reflectors are awsome.
