SPS Nano

Thinking about sps in my nano tank. Any suggestions on types I should get and which ones to avoid?

Also would LED, 2x T5 or 4x T5 be a better choice for lighting.

Which heatsink would be a good choice, 24 or 36 led?
And which lens should I get?
