sps not opening

i introduced a chiller to my system a week ago. my stonies havent been opening. the chiller runs steady at 77.5. how long should i give them to adjust to the change before becoming concerned that there may be another culprit?

Were they opening b4 the chiller? What do you keep your salinity at?

yes they were. sadly i found the culprit. stupid me took a chance and put a bicolor angel in my tank. i took a few corals and put them in a holding container and they are opening fine. i could kick myself, but i had had luck with keeping two pigmys and a emporer at the same time in a previous tank with no trouble. oh well, luck of the draw i guess.

tore the tank down and caught the fish. i could have cried. the corals are already perking up so it was worth it. NO MORE ANGELS.
