Sps on frag plug?

I have a birdsnest on a frag plug but I use a potty to attched it on a live rock. I want to take it out but its really attached. What can I use to pry it out of the rock without damaging it? thanks

Just use scissors or pliers and cut off the little nub on the bottom of the plug. Then use the putty and attach the disk to the rock. The birdsnest will just encrust over the putty and it'll look natural.
