Sps pest ID

So just found not only a fuzzy crab on my newly purchased sps ( he got removed already) I also found some kind of antenne or tentacles coming from a dead spot on the sps. They are in a v shape. Should I be worried? Thanks in advance! ( also I know there's a sub forum for sps id's but if anyone can identify it would help too)

It looks like it lives in a tube, not a shrimp

Ok looks now it looks like a sps full of vermetid snails, just found mucus like tentacles here's a pic, also if so what's the treatment or should it be a return? ( also found some feather dusters as well)
