sps poly does not come out and the colour very pale , any idea?

i would check you salinity. Your dKH is really low, should be at least 8 dKH. I would also check for pests on the underside of the acro

all your levels are low on the reefmanmatt gauge , what kind of lights do you run + what type of sps are we talking ? specs man , specs !

your levels are all low for most sps , i.m.o . you arent at natural sea water levels yet much less sps sea water :) shoot for 1.026 , 8 dkh , 500 ca , 1400 mag , and 80 degrees , that will be a step in the right direction towards good polyp extension if your lighting is up to par .

I wouldn't bring ca up to 500. doesn't need to be that high. 400-420 seems ok to me. maybe mag to 1350. Up the salinity a bit.

What are you dosing and how often are you dosing it? Are you running gfo or carbon? Are you full blown zeo with rocks and all? What is your po4 and no3 readings? I would bring your alk back up to 7-8. 6.5 is kinda on the low side even for zeo I think.

no3 is 0 but was using hanna hi736 but could not get any accurate reading , 3 instant all 3 different readings .
i am using full zeo with 400 l in the reactor and 200l in the filter bag

i run mine at that , except my dkh is 9 . i have awesome growth and extension on all my coral , that is why i recommend those levels . how is your sps growth mike810 , with your ca at 400 ? in inches , per month .. preferably .

what size tank are you keeping and what are the lights ? led is a very broad answer , what brand , or more importantly wattage are you running ? spectrum ?

maybe a 1/4 inch or so? what about you? interested to know also

heres 5/13

today 6-11

are you running GFO/carbon chercm?

a quarter to a half " but im only growing with 175 se's right now .depends on the piece . my yellow acro will do a half " a month but i frag it so often i have no colony of it . ill have the 400's up next month and am expecting a more accelerated growth for sure . i could save myself some cash if i got my ca down a little , but what salt do you run to get it that low ? i use reef crystals and it comes much higher than than . sorry to get off subject chercm, you have some nice lights ! would you recommend them ? i think the problem is in your chemistry , i would raise the dkh up for sure . how much sps do you currently keep ? i see youve been a member for a long time so im guessing you have a tank full :)

Your corals seem like they are starved from an inadequate food source in the water column. Most of the time, it is when people use too much GFO but excessive, long term carbon use can do this as well. Zeovit has mixed reviews as well...

My suggestion is to turn off all of the reactors except for the skimmer and calcium/dkh supplements. You will start to see some polyp extension but it could take several days or even close to a week. Good luck with the process.

^^^ im in the same situation as you are. a month ago i was running biopellets, carbon, and gfo + i was only fed the tank 3 times a week. the tank itself was only setup since january and a lot of my sps were pastel colored with very little polyp extension.

recently i removed the gfo, cut back on the carbon and changed the feeding schedule everyday. its been around two weeks and im just starting to notice more polyp extension and deeper colors.

so imo, i think you should feed a little bit more and cut back on some of the nutrient removers as they may be stripping your water with the nutrients your corals require.

i am running the full zeo

Some people like zeovit and others don't. Personally, I have never tried running it on a system but I have gotten several frags from another hobbyist who used to run zeovit on their system. These acros always looked thin and weak to me. After several weeks to even a month in my system, they would get much thicker, colorful, and healthier. If you corals are looking like they are starved, than I would strongly suggest removing all zeovit for a few weeks and see how thinigs do.

my po4 is around 0.009 to 0.01 on my hanna

I would be more concerned about your zooplankton concentration than your phosphate level.
