Most of my various Acropora, Montipora and Pocilopora corals are extending great during day, and some even greater during night, but typically my pocilopora show no polyps at all during light off period, and I thought it should be the other way around. Anyone got any thoughts about this?
The system only recently stable, and colors returning after overpowering the corals with light, hence I recon there is some balance between night and day that is probably not restored. Heck, I don't sleep well with a sunburn either.
Anyways, I keep all the normal parameters very steady, so I doubt it's waterchemistry, then again, I'm no expert.
