I agree Flow won't STN or RTN your SPS. You need to adjust your lights and get your nutrients under control. Your Alk is in dKH correct? I am going to go out on a limb and really think its the switch to LEDS.... I know I had to dim my Radions to 50% power bc my sps were getting nuked all day long. I think im only up to like 65% but also got rid of all my sps in a bryopsis bloom and gave the remains away.

I agree, unlikely a little less flow would cause STN, more likely your SPS were not acclimated properly to the LED's
